Your Right to Data Deletion
At APAS® Cloud, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. In accordance with data protection regulations and platform requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Method 1: Online Request Form
Fill out the form below to submit a data deletion request:
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your APAS® Cloud account
- APAS® Cloud Account ID (if known)
- Specific data you want deleted or "all data"
Method 3: In-App Request
If you have an active APAS® Cloud account:
- Log in to your APAS® Cloud dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Privacy
- Click on "Request Data Deletion"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
What Happens Next?
Processing Time: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion process within 30 days of verification.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This may include:
- Confirming your email address
- Requesting additional identifying information
- Verifying your ownership of the account
Data Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized data used for analytics that cannot be linked to you
Data Categories We Delete
Upon your request, we will delete the following categories of personal data:
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, company details
- Authentication Data: Passwords, security questions, login history
- Advertising Data: Campaign data, ad performance metrics, targeting information
- Payment Information: Billing details (except as required for tax records)
- Communication History: Support tickets, emails, chat logs
- Usage Data: Activity logs, preferences, settings
- Third-Party Integrations: Connected account data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
Third-Party Data
If you've connected third-party services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads) to APAS® Cloud:
- We will disconnect these integrations and delete cached data
- You may need to separately request deletion from these third-party services
- We cannot delete data stored directly by third-party platforms
Consequences of Data Deletion
Before requesting data deletion, please be aware that:
- Your APAS® Cloud account will be permanently closed
- You will lose access to all campaigns, reports, and analytics
- Deletion is irreversible - we cannot restore deleted data
- Any active advertising campaigns may be disrupted
- Shared data with team members will also be affected
